James Cui (Fader) is an Asian American visual designer who expresses music through interactive video performance art (VJ). As a leading force in the advancing VJ movement, he continues to design original content, develop custom software using Processing and Max/Msp/Jitter, and build touch screen interface (faderTouch) to sculpt immersive audio visual environments.

He imagined a special installation for the Zoo's stage, influenced by greek warriors and the 80's. Inspiring, the construction will be mapped all night long by Fader and our visual artists to create a unique atmosphere.
